Returns & Exchanges

Casa Isota wants you to appreciate our products, however, if you are not 100% satisfied, we will accepted items returned within a period of 10 business days from when the order was received. Returns conditions:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase. We will need the invoice we send you with your package to be able to identify the product.
  • The client is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable.

    If you have received an incorrect item in which you did not purchase, received a visibly damaged/faulty piece, please directly contact us at customerservice@casaisota.com immediately after unpackaging the item and provide images for our reference. Be sure to include thorough details about the problem, and images are a must. All incorrect/damaged/faulty items received MUST be reported to us no later than 2 days after package delivery.

    For orders that qualified for a free gift promotion: if the returned merchandise total value equals or is greater than the value required for the promotion, the gift must also be returned.  If the gift is kept, its retail value will be deducted from the total refund amount.

    Casa Isota reserves the rights to deny returns/exchanges if:
    1. Items have clearly been used
    2. Tags and packaging have been removed
    3. Defects not included on original customer inquiry unpackaging photos
    4. Product arrives our warehouse after the 10 business day timeline

    The client is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Refund (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed to the same payment method you used to purchase the product. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be issued to your card, and to appear on your statement as well.
